Volunteer at Harvest Festival 2026
October 17 @ 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- This event has passed.
About the event
Good food, good company, and a little friendly auction competition! Join our volunteer crew and help make Blackwater Rising’s annual fundraiser a success.
What will volunteers do?
Help set up or pack up, welcome guests at registration, assist with the silent auction, or prepare and serve food. Whether you like being out front or working behind the scenes, there’s a way to pitch in!
Have a question or an auction item to donate? Email kate@blackwaterrising.org.
What will volunteers need to bring or wear?
We’ll be outdoors on field and gravel surfaces, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes that can handle uneven ground. Your feet called. They’re voting for practical.
